These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between royal ebd and any user of this platform ("Member"). By accessing the royal ebd website, creating an account, or using any service, a Member is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

royal ebd reserves the right to verify a Member's identity at any time. As part of this process, a national ID card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested. If verification documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, the right to suspend or close the account applies.

2.3 Account Security

The Member is fully responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure. If someone else gains access to the account or any unauthorised activity is noticed, the support team must be informed immediately. royal ebd will not be liable for losses arising from the Member's own negligence.

3.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer can be used to make deposits on royal ebd. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Members must deposit only from a payment account registered in their own name. Funds sent from another person's account are not accepted and the Member's account may be suspended in such cases.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be placed.

4.3 VIP Program

The royal ebd VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit, which is a set percentage of the net loss for that week. The weekly cashback ranges from up to 0.2% at Bronze level to up to 1.0% at Diamond level. royal ebd's decision on cashback payments is final.

5.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the royal ebd platform are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independent and non-predetermined. If interference with game outcomes or cheating is proven, the relevant account will be terminated.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or betting market and may vary by game or event. It is the Member's responsibility to check the applicable limits before placing bets.

5.3 Cancellations and Changes

In the event of a technical error, incorrect market pricing or other unusual circumstances, royal ebd reserves the right to cancel bets or revise odds. In such cases, the stake will be refunded.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software or bots to place bets or play games.
• Betting from another person's account or acting as an agent.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address.

All content on the royal ebd website — logos, designs, graphics, text, software and databases — is the intellectual property of royal ebd. Copying, modifying, distributing or using any of it for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

The copyright for game software and content belongs to the respective game developers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, etc.) — royal ebd works with them under licence agreements.

royal ebd will not accept liability in the following cases:

7.1 Service Changes and Interruptions

royal ebd may temporarily suspend or modify services for maintenance, upgrades or other reasons. Where possible, advance notice will be given in such situations. royal ebd does not accept liability for compensation due to temporary service interruptions.

8.1 Member Account Closure

Any Member may close their account at any time if they wish. Before the account is closed, all bonuses will be cancelled and the Member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any withdrawable balance.

8.2 Account Closure by royal ebd

royal ebd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:

• If evidence of a breach of terms or an attempt to defraud is found.
• If registration was done using a false identity or fabricated information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (no login for more than 180 days).
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Self-exclusion at the Member's own request under the Responsible Gaming policy.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login for 180 consecutive days, the account will be marked as inactive. A maintenance charge may apply to inactive accounts, which may be deducted from the balance on a monthly basis.
